This apartment is an enjoyable base for staying in Naples. It has fabulous central and convenient setting so close to the metro station as well as Naples until 1800 hrs.

The views of the city from the room were amazing and it had everything we needed like an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a work desk.

Nice comfy base for exploring Naples. Excellent and fantastic location in the vicinity of Capodichino, 10 minutes drive away. Very convenient area with a main shopping street and shopping streets. Nice welcome from owner. A shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet available. Good value, recommend.

The location was jaw-dropping, right in the heart of the nightlife and within walking distance of attractions. The apartment was super clean, big, and had air conditioning throughout. The host was mind-blowing and the neighbors were 100% helpful and pleasant.

The apartment had a great balcony with amazing city views. I loved enjoying my morning coffee there! It had a cozy seating area where I could relax and watch my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, with a fridge, oven, and all the necessary utensils. The private bathroom with a bidet and a hairdryer was a nice touch, providing convenience during my stay. The apartment was spacious, with three comfortable beds and two bathrooms, which was perfect for my group of friends.

Personally, I would have preferred a microwave in the kitchen. Although it had all the other necessary appliances, a microwave would have been convenient for quick meals.

Guests can easily explore the vibrant Spanish neighborhood and enjoy the numerous bars, restaurants, and attractions nearby. the modern split, level apartment offers a welcome relief for travelers, with a secure apartment block, soundproofing from the streets, and a rare lift. the hosts are also praised for their helpful tips on restaurants and places to visit.

Some guests mentioned a lack of communication and welcome from the staff. There were instances where check, in and check, out processes were not smooth, and the cleaning staff entered the room without proper notice, causing inconvenience to the guests.

I recently stayed at Napoli Flats in the Spanish Quarter for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The host, Luca, was wonderful and the apartment was spacious with three comfortable double bedrooms. Despite the entrance being a bit off-putting, the apartment itself was modern and clean. Additionally, the central location made it easy to explore the area, and the air conditioning throughout was a great convenience.

Luca, our host, made everything really easy for us and was very accommodating. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We loved the vibrant Spanish Quarter location, with its fantastic bars, restaurants, and pizzerias right on our doorstep. When we return to Naples, we will definitely choose Napoli Flats again. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay in Naples. The location of Napoli Flats was fantastic, with restaurants, shopping, and the metro nearby. We were also close to the harbor for island excursions and Naples' main tourist attractions. The Spanish quarter was incredibly comfortable and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location near Via Toledo was perfect, with plenty of amazing restaurants and a popular shopping strip within walking distance. The proximity to the metro, taxi rank, and buses made it easy to explore the city. Whether it's a short or long-term stay, this place is perfect. The atmosphere was great, and the bed was super comfortable.

The house itself was spotless and had a homely feel to it. The washing machine was a game-changer, and the Wi-Fi connection was great. The apartment's proximity to a popular shopping strip and fantastic restaurants was a huge plus. With the metro, taxis, and buses nearby, it was ideal for both short and long-term stays. Furthermore, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the bed was ridiculously comfy. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!
